Happy September!!!

During all seasons of the year, it is important to stay hydrated! Drinking water has many benefits than just the obvious – it is great for your skin, hair and helps curb your appetite. Often, people are actually thirsty, not hungry! Whenever you feel an urge to snack come on, try drinking some water or green tea because you may just be dehydrated.

I know, I know – it can be VERY hard to drink so much water all day. Here’s a cool idea to prevent getting sick of drinking water –

Slice up some organic fruits and add them to your water to add some great flavor! Some of my favorites – lemons & limes or sliced watermelon.

The fruit infusion is healthy and makes drinking a ton of water a lot easier. Added bonus – it tastes delicious!
