there’s more than just red roses…

flowers on are my mind because of valentine’s day tomorrow! red roses are gorgeous but sometimes it’s nice to go outside of the box.

i absolutely love peonies year round. they’re so delicate, vibrant and happy!

i love the mason jar vase and the variety of colors in this bouquet. i also really like how the vase/flowers look “freshly picked”.

i am into the idea of succulents and putting them in bouquets and scattered around my home. they also make beautiful centerpieces!

BHLDN wedding shop coming to the boston area!

 

such exciting news for all BHLDN / Anthropologie fans in boston! BHLDN is opening a shop within the Anthropologie location at the new shopping center Chestnut Hill Square in Chestnut Hill, MA this March!! the opening date has not been made public but rumors say they will be opening with a bang — a special fashion show event to launch the shop is in the works! 

there are so many beautiful wedding pieces at BHLDN. not a bride? the gorgeous accessories / decor options are versatile and endless.

NARS beauty picks

One of my favorite cosmetics brands is definitely NARS. Although more expensive than drugstore brands, NARS products are awesome quality and long-lasting. Here are my 2 must-haves:

 

NARS satin lip pencils are essential in your cosmetic bag. They go on your lips so smoothly and the color options are so difficult to choose from since they’re all so lovely. 

 

NARS blush is a great beauty product! My favorite shades are ‘orgasm’ and ‘desire’. ‘Desire’ is brighter pink, and ‘orgasm’ gives your cheeks a more natural tint.
